Q 1. How long does the process of logo creation take?
Ans. It depends on the logo pack you have chosen. It ranges between 2-5 days.


Q 2. How many changes may I ask for my logo?
Ans. You can ask for changes till you are completely satisifed. The only exceptional case is silver pack.


Q 3. What if I don't like any of initial logo designs?
Ans. We will make more company logos according to the pack you have chosen. But usually the clients do approve of at least one logo design sample and then we improvise on it.

Q 4. What if I have my own idea for the company logo?
Ans. Your ideas and suggestions are always welcome. Once we receive your order, our designers will co-ordinate with you for more details regarding the logo design before starting work.

Ans. All the rights of the logo chosen are given to the client while rights to the samples remain with CustomLogosDesign. You can also trademark the logo design.

Ans. We do refund the amount after deducting $5 as administration charges. But before that our designers speak to you for more clear ideas regarding what you want and redraws the logos. In case you are unsatisfied, your money is refunded.

Ans. We provide logo in PANTONE colors.

Ans. Pantone colors are used by professional print shops around the world. They are universal colors that help designers, print shops and customers talk in one language.
